How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by New Zealand Post based on the destination address and weight of the products ordered.

Please contact Quentin Quin at kap7nz@gmail.com if delivery is required to any country other than Australia or New Zealand.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All deliveries are sent via New Zealand Post or courier. Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day). Signatures are not required on delivery unless you specify otherwise in the notes section or via email (jess@kap7.co.nz). Generally, New Zealand orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order. Remote deliveries may take longer. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.


Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All payments are secure.


What happens if I need my delivery urgently?

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.


What if I would like a refund?

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods if they are defective. Please email us at jess@kap7.co.nz for a return address to send the products to and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged in use. We do not cover return shipping costs.


What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for New Zealand orders, $100 for International orders).


What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else. Please send the products back and let us know via email what you would like instead. Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
