Returns and Cancellations
We will happily refund your order if you would like to return a product only if it is defective. Otherwise we can issue store credit via a gift card. If a product is defective please email Jess at email@example.com for a return address, and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs. We do not refund fully customized products.
